  STRUCTURE:
RCC framed structure.
WALLS & PAINTS:
Outer wall of 10” thick and partition walls of 5” thick. Weather coat on external wall and internal wall with wall putty and primer. Doors shall be finished with enamel paints of superior quality.
FLOORING:
Marble flooring will be given to all rooms. Antiskid tile flooring in balcony and bathroom.
KITCHEN :
Granite counter top with stainless steel sink and 2ft height ceramic tiles above counter.
DOORS & WINDOWS :
Sal wood frame. Main door will be teak door with mortised lock and magic eye. Internal door will be flush door. Bathroom door will be PVC door. UPVC window with tinted/black glass and MS grill.
SANITARY WORKS :
Master Bed room toilet will have a European W.C. with cistern and the common toilet will have the Indian W.C. with cistern of reputed make. One shower shall be provided in each toilet. One wash basin shall be provided in master bedroom toilet. Sanitary and C.P. fittings provided in the kitchen, toilet and utility shall be of reputed make like Jaguar.
OTHER AMENTITIES :
Semi automatic lift shall be provided. Adequate capacity transformer shall be provided. Septic tank shall be provided. Soak pit shall be made. Garage for 1 car parking for each flat. Common water tank shall be provided at the top of the complex with automatic water level controller.
