S P E C I F I C A T I O N

  1. Plain cement concrete using standard size metal in 1:4:8: prop for base of the column footing and below the flooring.
2. RCC column footing, columns, beams, slabs, lintel, chajja staircase etc. will be provided.
3. All brick walls with 1st class kiln bricks or standard size/hollow concrete bricks, in cement mortar 1:6 for outer walls and in (1:4) prop to partition walls of 10”and 5” thickness.
4. All outside plastering in (1:6) prop with good finish and all inside wall plastering in (1:6) prop and ceiling plastering (1:4) prop.
5. Marble flooring will be given to all rooms.
6. Kitchen shall be provided with Granite working top and Steel sink.
7. Glazed tiles (white/black) in toilets upto 7’ height and 2’ height over working platform in kitchen.
8. Common water tank shall be provided at the top of the complex.
PAINTS
1. All exteriors shall be finished with weather coat paint of standard make and interior walls shall be finished with Plaster of Paris and white primer.
2. Doors and windows shall be finished with enamel paints (2 coats over one coat primer) of superior quality.
ELECTRICAL WORKS
1. Concealed P.V.C pipes shall be laid in roof and walls. Copper Cables of standard quality of reputed make and ISI specification shall be used.
2. 15 AMP power plug will be provided in one toilet, kitchen and freeze point in dining and one call bell for each flat.
3. Necessary light points and plug point will be given using all standard fittings.
4. All internal main board connection with necessary circuit fuse units will be provided.
5. Proper internal cabling with wiring, board, plug points etc. shall be installed for telephone connection & provision for TV connection.
SANITARY WORKS
1. Master Bed room toilet will have an European W.C. with cistern and the common toilet will have the Indian W.C. with cistern.
2. One shower shall be provided in each toilet.
3. One wash basin shall be provided in one toilet.
4. Sanitary and C.P. fittings provided in the kitchen, toilet and utility shall be of reputed make.
5. Provision for 24 hours water supply shall be made.
OTHER AMENTITIES
1. Lift shall be provided.
2. Transformer shall be provided.
3. Septic tank shall be provided.
4. Soak pit shall be made.
5. Garage for 1 car parking for each flat
6. Automatic water level controller.
